LÓGICA2 - PROJECTS AND CONSTRUCTIONS

With its head office in Oporto, Lógica2 was established on October 6, it grew over the years, extending its activity across the whole country, included the archipelagos of Madeira and of the Azores.

It has undertaken a wide variety of works, defining itself as a special organization, remodeling and construction of commercial spaces and offices but also registered exponential growth in renovation, rehabilitation, and interior design of residential spaces, never losing sight of its motto “A Project from beginning to end”.

A large percentage of the work undertaken by Lógica2 rely on unique and strategic partnerships with architecture, engineering, and interior design offices, both national and foreign, which together with the qualified in-house team of professionals and with a rigorous meeting of deadlines established, promote the excellence and superior quality of the services provided.

CONTACT

Contact is established between the client and Lógica2, where the desired service is identified and an appointment is made to visit the site of intervention.

VISIT

The on-site visit phase is one of the most important. The client sets out his needs, technical solutions are discussed and a survey is carried out of everything that is needed to begin the quotation process. Each project will require a careful and personalised approach.

BUDGET/SOLUTIONS

The budget can be obtained through the visit made to the site of intervention or the customer’s project already carried out, based on the premises of Lógica2, with innovative solutions and application of products and services of excellence, meeting deadlines and the established budget, fulfilling the premise of: “a project from start to finish”.

WORK

Once the budget has been accepted and materials have been approved a work schedule will be drawn up to ensure deadlines are met and the work will begin.
