A Lógica2 recebeu em 2016 o Prémio Nuno Teotónio Pereira – Menção Honrosa com a Casa do Pinheiro Manso. Este prémio representa a distinção de prestígio mais antiga no setor da habitação, resultando da redenominação do anterior Prémio IHRU, que foi criado em 2008 por fusão dos Prémios RECRIA e INH.
