Based in Porto, it was founded on 6 October 1999.

Logica2 has grown over the years, offering its activities throughout the country, including Madeira and Azores islands.

Today, recognised as a benchmark company in the rehabilitation, remodelling of buildings, in spaces organisation, as well as in the commercialisation of office furniture, has a vast portfolio of works in various sectors, based on its motto “a project from start to finish”.

Much of the work performed by Lógica2 - Projetos e Construções, Lda is based on unique and strategic partnerships with architectural and engineering firms, national and international, which together with the qualified team of professionals of the company, the strict compliance with the deadlines set for the execution of works, promotes excellence and superiority of services provided.

Contact

Contact is established between the client and Lógica2, where the desired service is identified and an appointment is made to visit the site of intervention.

VISIT

The on-site visit phase is one of the most important. The client sets out his needs, technical solutions are discussed and a survey is carried out of everything that is needed to begin the quotation process. Each project will require a careful and personalised approach.

BUDGET/SOLUTIONS

The budget can be obtained through the visit made to the site of intervention or the customer’s project already carried out, based on the premises of Lógica2, with innovative solutions and application of products and services of excellence, meeting deadlines and the established budget, fulfilling the premise of: “a project from start to finish”.

WORK

Once the budget has been accepted and materials have been approved a work schedule will be drawn up to ensure deadlines are met and the work will begin.
